The conference fee is paid in Swedish kronor. The approximate amounts in Euros (€) are based on the exchange rate 2013-04-18.

Additional Costs
- Long Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at 600 SEK (approx. 71€) per extra page
- Short Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at 600 SEK (approx. 71€) per extra page
- Authors with two papers: Authors with two papers (maximum allowed) are expected to pay 1600 SEK (approx. 190 €) for the second paper.
- Extra Gala Dinner ticket: The extra ticket for Dinner will cost 700SEK (approx. 83 €).
Swedish VAT Rules
According to the Swedish VAT rules everybody has to pay 25% VAT. The prices listed above do not include VAT. The VAT will be added in the payment system. The VAT will be added in the payment system. The VAT is refundable for both Swedish and international organizations in accordance with the VAT-rules in force in their respective countries. The refund must take place in the home country of the organization.
