Online Submission

EasyChair Conference System

The online submission process is opened. Authors may use the online submission system hosted by EasyChair Conference System to submit their papers. If you don't have an EasyChair account you will need to create one and then login in order to submit your papers. Please read the Submission Instructions before submitting your work in the system.

Submission Instructions

Both long (8 pages max., roughly 8,000 words) and short (4 pages max., roughly 4,000 words) paper submissions should be written in English and be submitted electronically via the conference web site. Submission file formats are PDF and Microsoft Word using the IEEE two-column Word/LaTeX templates that can be found at the corresponding IEEE web site. Authors wishing to present a poster and/or demo may submit a 1‐page extended abstract, which, if accepted, will appear in the conference proceedings.

IEEE CPS

It is important to note that EISIC 2015 proceedings will be published by IEEE CPS and hence all the rules and regulations of IEEE CPS will be applied as explained in the following link:
http://www.computer.org/portal/web/cscps/policies.

CrossCheck screening

IEEE takes the protection of intellectual property seriously. Accordingly, all submissions will be screened for plagiarism using CrossCheck. By submitting your work, you agree to allow IEEE to screen your work. For more information please visit:

Accepted papers

Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Authors should certify that their papers represent substantially new previously unpublished work. Paper submission implies that the intent is for one of the authors to present the paper if accepted and that at least one of the authors register for a full conference fee.

The accepted papers will be published by the IEEE press in formal proceedings. Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
